All our workshops include interactive exercises and chances to practice new skills.

How to Write a Perfect CV and Cover Letter (2 hours)

The workshop is designed for people who need guidance on writing an impressive CV and covering letter. Devised and facilitated by professionals, this workshop genuinely boosts your chances of gaining an interview and helps you to understand job advertisements, address the selection criteria and gives valuable insider information on what an employer is looking for. You will also learn about the types of CVs and which type is best for you.

Interview Strategies for Success (2 hours)

Our practical and hands on interviewing workshop can help you perform better in interviews, give you an edge over other candidates and significantly improve your chances of getting the job you want in today's tough job market. This workshop covers advice on how to prepare for an interview and answer tough questions as well as dealing with nerves.  Devised and facilitated by professionals, you will have the opportunity to practice answering interview questions with constructive feedback.

At the end of this workshop you will be able to:

  Handle different types of interviews including competency based interviews, panel and telephone interviews
  Articulate and align your experience to competency based questions

Assessment Centre Training (2 hours)

This workshop is ideal if you've been invited to an assessment centre. It incorporates an overview of assessment centre exercises including in-tray exercises, case studies, group exercises, role plays and interviews and gives you practical experience of exercises you will face on day.

At the end of this workshop you will be able to:

  Understand group exercises through examples and mock exercises
  Successfully handle presentations and role plays through examples, hints and tips
  Ace panel competency based interviews
  Deliver convincing answers to interview questions
